Agencies for Temp. employees to perform maintenance and re-roofing on all of the county schools by uncertified and inexperienced labor, which may be illegal and will definitely cost the tax payers more money when these roof systems fail. There will be no manufacturers or labor warranties for the work performed, as you would with licensed and insured contractors. The state of Florida requires all roofers to be licensed. The schools are licensed only for maintenance, not whole new roof systems. This was only supposed to be temporary 3 month maintenance program that has gone on for more than a year now. The park itself, along with the adjacent Boulevard park, were budgeted as a part of the original Chain of Parks plan for restoration and had nothing to do with the sculpture.
